EDUCATION
It is imperative to reiterate the need for a more resilient and equitable education system to tackle learning poverty, improve access to quality education and reduce the global out-of-school population. Edo today is ranked as one of the five nationals and sub-nationals in the world, leading the charge in tackling learning poverty. We have the lowest number of out-of-school children in Nigeria on account of our reforms.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
We must Intensify awareness and sensitisation of Edo citizens on environmental pollution and clean environment for everyone. Tackle flooding and erosion across the state through legislation and executive order. Beautify and remodel our environment and public space
HEALTH
We must provide world-class medical services infrastructure to make Edo state a medical tourism destination while continuously improving and expanding access to basic primary healthcare consolidate on quality and affordable healthcare for all Edo citizens through Edo State Health Insurance Scheme (EHIS).
PUBLIC SAFETY & SECURITY
Security is the major challenge facing Nigeria, as Edo also has its own peculiar security challenge. Apart from farmer-herders clashes, which is common not to Edo alone but across the country, we also have militancy and banditry in our waterways.
